Qualifications and skills

• Successful completion of GCE A/L or equivalent education.
• Proven experience in a customer service and relationship management role.
• Should have basic IT knowledge.
• Proficient in reading and writing English language.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
