Supervisor Container Repair

McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Manufacturing & Distribution cluster as a Supervisor Container Repair.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear instructions and assign tasks to welders.
• Ensure the quality and precision of container repairs.
• Direct welders on heavy repair jobs, providing necessary guidance.
• Maintain accurate manual records of all container repairs.
• Act as a mentor and instructor to junior welders.

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding.
• Proficient in reading and applying repair estimates.
• Certificate in welding & cutting preferred.
• Expertise in MIG, ARC, manual, and mechanical welding techniques.
• Skilled in using welding tools and equipment safely.
• Knowledge of oxy-acetylene cutting.
• Ability to weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Experience in GOH fabricating is a plus.
