McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join as a Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the group Managing Director to analyze and interpret key business data and industry trends across all sectors.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis, market research, and financial modeling to support corporate initiatives, investments, and performance improvements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and executive briefs for periodic reviews.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential investments by conducting feasibility studies and business case analyses.
- Identify operational and financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with heads of business units for performance analysis and reporting.
- Lead or support special projects related to transformation, process improvement, and innovation.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CIMA/ACCA preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or management consulting, preferably in diversified groups or large corporates.
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data modeling.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment.
