McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Manufacturing & Distribution cluster as a Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams and customers to obtain and process sales orders promptly.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and warehouse teams on debtor settlements, PD cheque updates, discounts, promotions, and special packages.
- Monitor the financial status of blacklisted customers and collaborate with management for approvals on blacklist removal.
- Follow up on sales orders, deliveries, stock availability, product returns, and technical issues, providing solutions with relevant teams.
- Track sales team progress, identify issues, and suggest improvements to enhance performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring prompt service.
- Create daily, weekly, monthly, and YTD sales reports, with team analysis for management.
- Ensure effective coordination with finance, logistics, warehouse, marketing, and ICT departments.
- Organize sales meetings, take minutes, follow up on action points, and assist the Director/CEO with administrative tasks.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration.
- 2 years of experience in sales within the lubricants and automobile industry will be added advantage.
- Initial level qualification in CIMA/CA/CMA/AAT.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP Systems.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to communicate effectively across teams.
