- Maintain discipline among cadets to foster a respectful and structured learning environment.
- Exhibit supervisory abilities to manage all aspects of Kandy operation.
- Apply problem-solving skills and critical thinking to address operational challenges.
- Exercise financial performance and budgetary control responsibilities to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure a neat and tidy environment for students, promoting a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Utilize supervisory skills to address any issues related to student well-being effectively.
- Maintain timeliness in administrative tasks and documentation.
- Uphold accuracy in record-keeping and administrative processes.
Qualifications and skills
- Master Mariner.
- Previous Lecturing Experience will be an Added advantage.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Skill in long-term planning and adapting to change.
- Dedication to understanding and satisfying customer needs.
