McLarens group is now seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join as a Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to visualize and communicate key metrics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support project planning and execution.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven 3 years experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
